This is one bizarre, brilliant song with plenty of wordplay. I did my best to translate it, but some explanation is in order.
Miss Ikuko has invented a couple of words for this song. Hizumikku is a combination of hizumi (a strain in some kind of material) and -ic, the English suffix for forming adjectives from nouns. Hokorobiito is a combination of hokorobi (a torn seam) and the English word beat. As this song juxtaposes destruction, insanity, and the playing of music, coming apart at the beats seemed appropriate.
KaLMa is almost certainly karma, but I didn’t want to presume to change its spelling from the song title.
Kurutte shimaeba is playing on kuru 来る (kuru; to come) and 狂う (kuruu; to go crazy).
Hikichigiru (to tear up) normally uses the kanji 引く (hiku; to pull), but here it is 弾く (hiku; to play an instrument). Luckily this wordplay has a neat English equivalent in shredding on the guitar.
